No. Herald Towers offers no-fee apartments meaning you can rent directly with an on-site leasing agent and avoid paying a broker fee. If you do come with a broker, however, we will pay their broker’s fee on a 2-year lease.
No, we love walk-ins here at Herald Towers. Please feel free to stop by any Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 1Oam to 5:30pm, and Sunday 11am-4pm. Last showing 30 minutes before closing.
In order to apply for a Herald Towers apartment, an application fee of $20 is required, which will reserve the apartment for up to 24 hours.
Herald Towers has an annual income requirement of 40 times one month’s rent. For those that do not meet this requirement, U.S. based guarantors or co-signers are accepted, including third party companies such as The Guarantors.

No, there is no amenity fee at Herald Towers. All of our residents are welcome to enjoy our spectacular amenities free of charge.
Yes, Herald Towers has an excellent Resident Referral Program. If a current resident refers a friend or family member and they sign a lease, the referring resident will receive $1,000 after the referral moves in.
